Day-wise Customizable Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Darjeeling: Arrival and Leisure Day Darjeeling

Relax in the exhilarating beauty of Darjeeling, the Queen of the Hills.
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Staion on the first day of your trip and be transferred to your pre-booked hotel in Darjeeling. The distance between Bagdogra Airport and Darjeeling is more than 65 kilometres. So you can make some stops to eat delicious hill’s momos. You will be required to go through the check-in process. Prepare to spend some quality, rejuvenating time with your family after that. Take a break from the monotony of life and immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the Himalayan culture and people.
Your three-day Darjeeling family tour begins in a small village surrounded by tea estates. The magnificent views of the rolling tea-garden perched on the hill slopes will captivate you. There are some beautiful knitted mandalas that are a unique handicraft. Spend the rest of the day relaxing at your hotel.

Day 2 Sightseeing at Darjeeling Darjeeling

Prepare for a stunning Darjeeling city tour. Wake up early this morning and head to the Tiger Hills at daybreak to watch the sun rise over the world’s third-highest peak. Then go to Ghoom Monastery. Explore the Batasia Loop. It is a lovely viewing point from which you can get a great view of the Darjeeling landscape. The war memorial is dedicated to the memory of the Gorkha soldiers who died in battle.

You will then be driven to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. It is regarded as a pilgrimage for all climbing enthusiasts worldwide. The Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, which is close to the institute, is next on the list. Visiting the Tibetan Refugee Centre will be an unforgettable experience. Visit Nightingale Park, Singalila National Park, and the Darjeeling Peace Pagoda as well. Then back to the hotel for a good night’s sleep.

Day 3 SDeparture - Leaving with unforgettable memories

Your three-day Darjeeling tour itinerary concludes. After a sumptuous breakfast, you will have to check out of the hotel and return to your home. Our private cabs will transport you to Bagdogra Airport or the NJP Railway Station. You’ll leave with vivid memories of the Northeast and Darjeeling.

Any cost incurred due to natural calamities, illness or emergency.
Any other meal not mentioned in inclusions.
Cost of any optional activity or service.
Any new tax/es levied by the central or state government
Anything which is not mentioned in the Inclusions.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations are to be communicated in writing.

For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, only Rs. 1000.00 per person will be charged.
Cancellations made between 29 days to 15 days of the tour, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
Cancellations made between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
Cancellations made between 7 days to 3 days of the tour, 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the tour or No show scenarios, 100% cancellation charges will apply.
For any changes in the route due to various unavoidable circumstances (i.e.; Natural Calamities, Rallies, strike etc.) the supplementary travel cost has to be paid by the customer to the driver directly.

Package Policy & Terms

The packages offered can be customized according to guest’s wish.
Photo ID card (except Pan Card) mandatory while you are on tour.
To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have been received by us.
In case of cancellation, We will process the refund within 72 hours only after receiving it from the concerned Hotel/Transporter/other service providers
